Refund Policy
Every promise and guarantee we make to clients is taken very seriously. We do not want to be the reason why you fail your assignment. However, there are rare instances where we do not fulfill what we had promised to the client. In that case, the client may be entitled to a refund. To get a refund, one has to contact our team so that they can investigate the claim and determine whether or not it qualifies for a refund.
Here are the conditions and stipulations we have regarding the issuance of refunds:
When am I eligible for a 100% refund?
- Duplicate orders and transactions
- No helper was assigned to your order.
If you mistakenly made your order twice and paid for it twice, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the duplicate amount paid. Simply inform our team, and we will look into it and process your refund.
We always have a team of experts ready to tackle your assignment. However, if you make your order and all our assignment helpers are booked, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid. We will also inform you immediately so that no time is wasted waiting for us to deliver.
When am I eligible for a partial refund?
- If you, as the client, cancel the order after an assignment helper is assigned
- If the assignment has some unsatisfactory sections
- If the assignment is not done as described
We usually assign an expert to your order as soon as we receive your order. The expert then starts working on the assignment. If you cancel the order after we have assigned you a helper, you are only eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount is usually 75% of what you paid.
Our goal is to deliver an assignment that meets all your stipulations. However, errors may occur, and the assignment you receive has some unsatisfactory sections. In that case, you can claim a partial refund if a revision does not work. We will investigate to determine the percentage refund you will get.
If you make your order and receive the opposite of what you wanted, you can request a refund. It may be that instructions were not well understood by the expert. We will determine the percentage refund you will get based on the number of mistakes on the final draft.
When am I not eligible for a refund?
- If we delivered your chemical engineering assignment on time, you were late downloading it from the email.
- If you cannot support your claims using documents like plagiarism reports or documents with unmet instructions.
- If the reason for late delivery is caused by you as the client, e.g., you issued additional instructions after we had already completed the assignment.
Refund Processing
Once you receive the completed chemical engineering assignment, you have up to 7 days after you download it to claim a refund. After that period, you cannot ask for a refund from us. You will make your claim using the service email provided, and you will need to state the reasons why you are eligible for the refund. Include supporting evidence where needed.
Investigating and communicating our findings takes us 5 to 7 business days. If you are eligible, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and sent to you.
